The root chakra will bring forward all the things that are related to our existence as a human being in this third dimensional reality. This includes our sense of security, a sense of who we are as human beings, our sense of self-worth, fears around being safe and secure with what we own, how much money we have, where we are living, and feelings around food and physical health.
All of these things will come up for us to look at so we can see it all for what it is. We can ask for guidance and use our own discernment and intuition to move through this time period. If we are feeling concerned moving through the energies of the root chakra, remember, we have the strength of the heart chakra and the solar plexus to assist us.
